How we got our start!

We started with a single hot dog cart, the original OG. With a whimsical play on hot dogs, and a catchy slogan our dream began. We brought some of the Valleys favorite sausages to our coastal community, while also supporting local business. We only use the finest meat available by Taylor's sausages of Cave Junction, OR. With local success and making friends in the business Ginger and Tim incorporated Maui Rics. A local favorite, with Ric's original recipes. Bolstering a unique cuisine of a Hawaiian Mexican fusion. Brookings Food Carts was born. Combing the two town favorites and serving up some great dishes. So go ahead and follow us online for real-time location updates and new specials with our award winning food!
